One person. That is the offer, not the limitation.
Every time you call, you are talking to the person who built your account.
Why these trades, and why roofing first.
The same gap turns up in every local service business. They pay for advertising, the advertising works, the phone rings, and nobody picks up, because the person who answers is also the person doing the work.
Roofing is where that gap costs the most, so it is where I started: a job is worth thousands and after a hail event the calls arrive in a three-day burst no small office can staff for. The same system runs for HVAC, plumbing, dental, beauty and locksmiths, because the failure is the same in all of them.
When you call, the person who built your account answers.
How I work.
I build every account myself: the ad copy, the panel calendar, the twenty test calls before go-live.
I read a sample of call transcripts every week. The failure mode in this business is a system that quietly degrades while nobody looks.
I take two to three new clients a month. That is the honest ceiling for one person doing the work properly.
Hours
7 AM–5 PM Central, Monday to Friday, your business hours, not mine.
What if something happens to you?
A fair question, answered in the contract rather than with reassurance. Your phone number is registered in your name from day one and your ad accounts are yours. If I cannot deliver for 30 consecutive days, every prompt, knowledge base entry and configuration transfers to you.
The easiest way to judge this.
Call the demo line and see whether the thing I built is any good.
